Exploring the Magic of Diverse Skills with Bernard Magri

Born in Malta, Bernard’s career in design started with a unique challenge: the absence of a reputed design school in his country at the time. Although he went to business school, he never forgot his desire to pursue a creative path. His fondness for animation led him to enroll in a Master's in digital art in England, but Bernard's journey took another unexpected turn when he discovered the growing market in interactive design. 

Undeterred, he momentarily put aside his passion and area of expertise to explore other opportunities: he worked for advertising agencies based in London, completed projects as a freelancer, and eventually founded his own company: Beast Collective. His goal was to meet the needs of start-ups with an innovative model: an animation and video production studio collaborating with a diverse range of creatives, from designers to writers to web developers. Quite a few of these start-up clients eventually thrived, proving the value of his approach.
